2. Player Eligibility

  Single Account Each individual may hold only one registered account on ld44. Holding multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, constitutes a breach of these T&C and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances across all accounts held.

  Accurate Information You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration and during any subsequent KYC verification process. ld44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the personal information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

  Personal Use Only Your ld44 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To open an account on ld44, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. Registration of an account constitutes your agreement to these T&C and to ld44's Privacy Policy.

ld44 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. KYC verification requires you to submit valid government-issued identification documents and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method. ld44 may request KYC documents at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ld44 may result in suspension of account functionality, including the ability to make withdrawals.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your ld44 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ld44 support immediately. ld44 will not be held liable for any losses sustained as a result of unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials.

Payment Method Integrity

Any transaction identified as potentially suspicious will be escalated for review and may result in temporary account suspension pending investigation.

ld44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. ld44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have been credited to a player account but not yet subject to wagering requirements may be removed if ld44 determines that the terms under which they were issued have been violated. The following conditions apply to all bonuses on ld44 unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.

  Wagering Requirements All bonuses credited to a player account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, after which any unmet bonus balance will be forfeited.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

ld44 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all account balances without prior notice.

  Bonus Abuse Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the terms of a bonus or promotional offer — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising financial exposure — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these T&C.

  Fraudulent Activity Any attempt to use fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an ld44 account is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. ld44 cooperates fully with financial institutions and law enforcement agencies in the investigation of suspected fraud.

Any winnings obtained through prohibited means will be voided and the relevant accounts closed.

7. Responsible Gaming

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations.
